At The Studios, we prioritize your convenience and success, providing the ideal setting for your business endeavors.
Conference & Meeting Room Rental
Exciting news! You can now rent conference room space by the hour or by the day, without having a Co-Working membership. Conference rooms seat 8 people with tables in place. Call for details or to book.
1- 3 hours: $25 per hour
4 hour rental: $85
8 hour: $135
Google Business Profile (GMB) Address
At The Co-Working Studios,we provide a virtual 'street address' that can be utilized for your Google Business Profile (Google Maps Address). This service is ideal for enhancing your 'Local Search Area' with an additional GMB listing. Please note that this offering is distinct from our Co-Working space and involves separate fees and approval processes. Access to our Co-Working spaces and conference rooms is not included with this address service. We require a 6-month contract with quarterly payments.

As our Co-Working space grows, we're looking into assigned desks! Say goodbye to the hassle of lugging your equipment back and forth. With our dedicated desks, you can conveniently leave behind basic supplies and even your laptop or desktop, ensuring a seamless transition into your work zone every time you step through our doors.
