Business partners or employees that require phone app access to the front door, must fill this out with a credit card to verify their name and address. Additional Access Verification ($1.00 fee charged) This allows us to verify who has applied for access and provides them with a copy of the terms of service required.

The Studios
Welcome to The Studios, your premier destination for Boutique office space rental. Enjoy extended access, 24 hours-everyday, ensuring your productivity knows no bounds. At The Studios, we prioritize your convenience and success, providing the ideal setting for your business endeavors. The front door is Always Locked for safety and each private suite has a keypad lock. Clients can call upon arrival or ring the doorbell.
Rooms for Professional Services
Exciting news! We have 5 rooms for rent! Two include water hookups inside the room for hair stylist or medical treatments. The other three are for professional office space. We can rent to most business categories except "barber" services or "tattoo studios" as they rent other space in the complex. No Deposit - No Contract. Read below.
We also have a sink ( plus utility sink) in the back common area which can be used as hand washing sink, in addition to the restroom facilities.
You may also pay Biweekly for a slight upcharge. Please call and we will send the payment link.

Private Room Rentals
How it works: You rent month to month. Every month is pre-paid using ACH withdrawal .If payment is not made on time, then access to the building is suspended after 48 hours. If not corrected within 48 hours, you will have the next day to remove your property, or all contents becomes property of "The Studios" and your space will be rented to someone else.
The electricity and water is included and no deposit is required. We keep the thermostat at 72-74 degrees during the summer and around 70 - 72 in the winter. You may decorate as wanted but painting is not allowed. No holes over 1/8" in the walls are allowed without permission.
