Our Virtual Office service is available with a one-year commitment, with payments made quarterly. The pricing is as follows:
- The monthly fee is $198.00, significantly lower than the cost of a traditional office rental.
- There is a one-time application fee of $125.00, which covers the necessary steps for Google My Business (GMB) approval. This includes signage and branding to ensure your new location is recognized as legitimate by Google. The approval process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.
- Optional:$250.00 additional for the complete set-up of your GMB. We provide both a unique phone and email address and everything required for a new GMB.
Additionally, we will provide a list of what you will need take care of to establish your virtual office.
If Google My Business (GMB) approval is not achieved after three attempts, we will cancel the contract and provide a refund for all payments made, except for the application fee. Once approved, the contract will remain in effect for the full one-year commitment.
