The next step is gaining access to The Studios. This is done using an app. 

Another code will be set for your individual room keypad / finger print lock. 

This code will be what you selected at registration.

Within 1 to 24 hours of registration we will activate your access code. 

Watch for an email from noreply@MasterLockEnterprise!

Download and open the app. 

Using the Group ID and Password provided complete the process within the app on your phone. 

The email contains your Group ID and temporary password. Your Group ID and temporary password are your keys to registering within the Enterprise App.  Complete  registration within the app downloaded to your phone, not in the email. Once you're in, you'll have the chance to change your password for added security.

It is now ready to use...but only at the front door!

The app will NOT work until you are to the front door of the Studio Co-working space. It will not "find a lock" until at the front door of The Co-Working Studios. When there, a key will appear on the screen.  Click the key icon to enter.

How It Works

To unlock the front door of The Co-working Studios, simply open the app when you're at the door. Remember Bluetooth must be turned on for the app to work. Look for the lock named A3CFJR - Studios. Tap and look for the KEY ICON. Give the key a tap and the door will unlock almost instantly. You might hear a soft click or just pull on the handle as it should be open.
You'll have 20 seconds to enter before it locks automatically again. If you are slow, no worries, simply repeat the process. Happy accessing!

Egress

At The Co-working Studios, we've made exiting hassle-free with our motion detector that automatically unlocks the front door. Simply walk towards the door, and it will unlock for you without needing to touch anything. Exit time is around 15 seconds. In case the door doesn't unlock, don't panic, just press and hold the green EXIT button as you push open the door, it is  located on the wall next to the front door.
The lock will work 24 x 7
Please make sure front door is locked when you leave. If you see a problem , let us know.

Keypad Room Lock

To use: Open: Enter the 4-6 digit pin code you provided then press the top button labeled TEEHO. The lock will open.

To Lock: HOLD any number down for 2 seconds. 

Gently pull on the door to align the lock position.

We can set the fingerprint option at a later date. 

Exit Emergency

The rear door is a fire exit and will open as well as set the alarm off, when the handle is pushed. Please call our emergency number if it is used. 210-970-5877
