Co-Working Space User Agreement

Welcome to The Co-Working Studios! We are excited to have you as part of our community. Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a pleasant and productive environment for everyone.

1. Membership and Payment

Membership Fees: Membership fees are due on the anniversary date of your registration. Payments are by subscription via Credit card or Bank draft which you select at the time of application.

Non-Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, your membership will be cancelled without notice. Access to the co-working space and its amenities will be suspended until payment is made. We will re-try 2 times before your account is suspended. If we are not contacted within 5 days of the suspension your account will be cancelled. New membership would be charged at the current rate.

2. Access and Use

Operating Hours: The co-working space is open from 5:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days a week. This is subject to modification with 30 days notice. If we experience technical issues or weather related issues, hours may be reduced until the problem is corrected.

Access : Members will receive access by using a blue tooth proximity app. The app will release the door lock when you are standing in front of the door. To exit the building, simply walk out. A motion detector should release the lock as you approach the front door. If this does not work, an EXIT BUTTON is located to the right of the door. Press and HOLD the button as you push the door open to exit.

The Phone App is REQUIRED for access!

Required APP: Master Lock Vault Enterprise. It requires IOS 10 or later or Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later.

Fire / Emergency Exit: The rear door is for emergency exit only and an alarm will sound if opened. Push the release handle to exit at any time the front door is not accessible.

Shared Areas:

Please keep shared areas clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly and be mindful of others using the space.

3. Noise Policy

Quiet Areas: Designated quiet areas must be respected. These all the common areas. Treat it like a library!

Noise Levels: Keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing others. Use headphones for audio and take phone calls in designated areas, either the back room, outside or an unoccupied conference room.

Meetings and Group Work: Reserve the conference room for group work and discussions. Meeting rooms can be booked via our booking calendar.

4. Conduct

Respectful Behavior: Treat all members and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Cleanliness: Clean up after yourself in all areas, including kitchens and restrooms. Ensure that personal items do not clutter common areas.

Guest Policy: Members are responsible for their guests. Guests must adhere to the same rules and must be accompanied by the member at all times. A guest fee will apply. We suggest individual memberships for co-workers as each membership is good for 1 seat.

You may bring non-members into the conference room without additional fees when you have the room reserved.

5. Amenities

Internet: Wi-Fi is available. Use the provided network responsibly and avoid activities that consume excessive bandwidth.

Drinks: We have cold water and soda available in the refrigerator.

6. Security

Personal Belongings: Members are responsible for their personal belongings. The co-working space is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please verify the front door locks as you exit. It may be a 10 second delay before locking.

7. Termination and Changes

Cancellation by Member: Members can cancel their membership at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

Cancellation by Co-Working Space: Membership may be terminated for violation of terms, disruptive behavior, or non-payment without notice.

Changes to Terms: The co-working space reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes.

8. Video & Audio Surveillance

We utilize video and audio surveillance within our co-working space primarily for security purposes and to facilitate resolution of any disputes. Please note that this footage may be shared with other members or law enforcement at our discretion.

9: Room Comfort

Our rooms are equipped with a WiFi thermostat for optimal comfort. Please refrain from adjusting the thermostat yourself. If temperature adjustments are needed, kindly notify management at 210-920-5877.

10: Business address

Use of our business address is not available with our standard co-working memberships. Use of the address is limited to business cards. Use, as a mailing or GMB (Google Business Profile) address is only available for upgraded accounts with mail service. We do not guarantee GMB approval. Approval depends on the strength of your brand and other factors out of our control.

11: Virtual GMB Address

Not all GMB addresses will be approved. This is out of our control. We will do our best to obtain approval but we do not guarantee approval. We also can't guarantee how long the GMB will be active. Therefore we will refund the first months fees if we fail to obtain approval within 30 days. After 30 days if the GMB is suspended, and we cannot get re-verification, the future payments will be cancelled and agreement will be null and void. 

 If you fail to complete the contract period, we maintain ownership of the GMB.

Access to use of the Co-Working Studios is not included with the GMB address.
